At ORSGA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure premium quality. This Return & Exchange Policy explains the terms under which returns or exchanges are accepted.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or improper use

  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

  • Requests made after the 10-day return window


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear images or videos may be required for verification.

  • Once verified, ORSGA will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact ORSGA customer support within 10 days of delivery

  2. Share your order details and reason for exchange

  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Return Process

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Once received and inspected, the return will be processed accordingly.


Refund Policy

  • ORSGA primarily offers exchanges. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.
