Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once verified, ORSGA will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Return Process

Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition.

Refund Policy

ORSGA primarily offers exchanges. Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
