  • ORSGA watches come with a 1-Year Limited Machine Warranty from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the watch movement and internal mechanism under normal use.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the watch movement

  • Internal mechanical or quartz machine faults

Repairs or replacements under warranty will be determined solely by ORSGA after inspection.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • scratches, fading, or plating wear

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, impact, or mishandling

  • Water damage due to misuse or exceeding stated water resistance

  • Damage to glass, strap, chain, battery, or crown

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Damage caused by negligence, improper use, or lack of care

Warranty Claim Process
